Outgoing mail footer and x-header

There’s now support to add a footer and X-header lines to all outgoing e-mails. All you do is create some new files in your data directory:

\data\email-footer-XXX.htm
|
The mail footer
if .htm is not found it looks for .txt
|
|
\data\email-x-headers-XXX.txt
|
Adds x-lines to the header block
|
XXX = conference number (0 for e-mail).
